NOTICE FOR DECENTRALIZED ADMISSION IN THE 1st YEAR OF B. TECH COURSES AGAINST VACANCY 2025
In terms of G.O. No. 326-Edn(T)/10M-86/2015 dated 15.09.2025 of Department of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal, notice is hereby given for decentralized admission in the 1st year of B. Tech courses against vacant seats remaining after E-counselling process 2025.
Eligibility:
- Participating candidates must be domiciled in West Bengal.
- Candidates must have obtained a valid WBJEE-2025 General Merit Rank (GMR). Admission will be based on WBJEE 2025 Merit Rank only.
- Allotment shall be made strictly on the basis of general merit and preference of a candidate.

- Candidates must upload a clear WBJEE-2025 rank card; otherwise, the application may be rejected.
- Applications after due date/time will not be considered. No other mode of submission is allowed.
Important Dates:
- Merit List Publication (tentative): 9th October 2025 (on college website)
- Counselling & Admission (tentative): 13th October 2025
