Notice for Physical Reporting and admission in 1st Year B Tech Courses for 2025-26
Session through E-Counselling
(As per WBJEEB Notification)
Applicants who will be coming for document verification after receiving allotment for this college
and after paying 5000/- seat acceptance fee, must carefully read WBJEEB information brochure
2025 and counselling notification 2025. These guidelines will be followed.
On reporting, physical verification of the required documents will be carried out. After successful
verification of the documents the candidate’s upgradation choice (“YES” or “NO”) will be recorded.
Presence of Applicants is a must.
Dates and time for document verification (at College Conference Room, Main Building, 1st floor):
1st Round: 03.09.2025 to 07.09.2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
2nd Round: 09.09.2025 to 11.09.2025 from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Documents Required for Verification: (original and self-attested photocopy):
1. Allotment letter obtained from student’s log in (for this college)
2. WBJEE 2025 rank card
3. Proof of date of Birth (10th admit / DoB certificate)
4. Mark sheet of 10th (Madhyamik or equivalent)
5. Mark sheet of 12th (Higher Secondary or equivalent)
6. Domicile certificate as per WBJEEB specified format (As per section 3.4, 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 of WBJEE 2025 information bulletin)
7. SC / ST / OBC – A or OBC – B / EWS / PWD Certificate (if applicable)
a. (As per section 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 of WBJEE 2025 information bulletin).
b. For OBC candidates, Category A or B must be written in certificate and NCL (Non Creamy Layer)
certificate on and after 01.04.2025 is a must requirement for OBC-A or OBC-B, certificate issuing
authority should be as per WBJEEB guidelines.
c. EWS candidates must bring certificate to be issued on and after 01.04.2025, certificate issuing
authority should be as per WBJEEB guidelines.
8. For TFW “yes” candidates: Income certificate as per WBJEEB specified format (As per section 6.1
and 6.2 of WBJEE 2025 information bulletin)
9. AADHAR Card
10. One passport size photo
11. YES / NO upgradation form (to be downloaded from WBJEEB website)
Screen shots or photographs of the screen etc. are not acceptable as any valid document.
Payment of admission fee: Applicants who will be opting for No Upgradation and will confirm seat in this
college in any round will have to pay following fees after physical reporting. (cash or online)

Applicants must also bring the admission application form given with this notice, filled in properly
HOSTEL: Hostel will not be provided in the first year. Hostel will be available to boys only from second
year as per availability and policy of the college.
Important Note:
Applicants must read the Information Brochure and Counselling Notification issued by WBJEEB
carefully before coming for document verification.
