LATERAL ENTRY: WBJEE E-COUNSELLING 2025: Physical Reporting
Candidates who have participated in JELET 2025 Online counselling and has received allotment in 1st / 2nd round has to report to allotted institute personally for document verification after payment of seat acceptance fee (₹5000/-).
Presence of Applicants is a must.
Dates for document verification:
1st Round: 16 December to 20 December 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
2nd Round: 22 December to 24 December and 26 December 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (25 December closed)
Venue: GCELT Conference Room, Main Building 1st Floor
Following documents are required in ORIGINAL and ONE SELF-ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY.
1. Allotment letter obtained from student’s log in (for this college)
2. JELET 2025 rank card
3. Proof of date of Birth (10th admit / DoB certificate)
4. Mark sheet of 10th (Madhyamik or equivalent)
5. Mark sheet of 12th (Higher Secondary or equivalent) (if available) mandatory for B. Sc. Passed candidates
6. Mark sheets of all semesters of diploma / B. Sc. Examinations. In case original mark sheet is not available with candidates, net / online copy must be attested by respective college authority, otherwise it will not be accepted.
7. Domicile certificate as per WBJEEB specified format (as per section 6, 6.1, 6.2 of Information Bulletin)
8. SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate (if applicable) (as per Sections 5.0, 7.0 and 8.0 of the Information Bulletin. OBC candidates must be having OBC certificates (NCL) with either OBC-A (NCL) or OBC-B (NCL) category clearly mentioned and NCL certificate.
The OBC-Category-A /OBC-Category-B candidates belonging to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) only are eligible for consideration as reserved candidates. OBC-Category-A /OBC-Category-B candidates must produce updated NCL certificates issued by the competent authority on or after 01.04.2025 during counselling or admission.
9. PWD Certificate (if applicable) (as per section 10 of Information Bulletin)
10. EWS candidates must bring certificate to be issued on and after 01.04.2025 by the competent authority (as per section 9 of Information Bulletin)
11. AADHAR Card
12. Two copies of coloured Passport Photo
13. YES / NO upgradation form (available in WBJEEB website)
14. Unique Seat Allotment ID (from student’s login) which will be required at the final stage of admission.
** Must carry mobile phone with the mobile number registered during making application to receive OTP at the final stage of admission confirmation.
Candidates who will be opting for No Upgradation in 1st round and all the candidates coming to this college in 2nd round, must complete admission formalities.
They should bring college admission form duly filled in (available with this notice) and pay college admission fee as below.
